A great night was had by one and all on Wednesday 21st of January when the Dundalk Wine Circle visited The Clermont, in Blackrock.
Top chefs led by Mark Gormley assisted by Jordan Marron and Ryan Carolan provided amazing Tasting Plate selections that were enjoyed by everyone.
Members and guests were treated to Crab, Venison, Cod, Duck, Scallop and Lamb creations that were perfectly matched by wines presented by Sam Lennon.
I know you are salivating when you read this - but you had to be there!
It was truly a great night and the Dundalk Wine Circle extends its thanks to Ronan Lawless and Aaron McParland and the staff of the Clermont for their fine hospitality.
Special shout out to Donal Foley who did the spade work for this night.
